The manager is a friend of ours, and we stayed there for a night on our last trip in July as he wanted our opinion on what we thought; well we were the only aust. that we know of that were there many indonesian and some european people, the rooms are fine but NO shower curtain and only hand held shower ( no wall mounting ) and we did stay in a Deluxe room. He was building some new rooms at the time and they were due to be completed by end of Sept.There was NO noise from Kartika Plaza the hotel actually owns all those shops along infront of Centro and behind the hotel if you get what I mean, there is a restuarant amonst them at the moment and they are going to start using it for the hotel breakfasts, theres an entrance from the back actually from the hotel. I have left my e-mail open as I have the managers direct e-mail if you would like it he is a terrific guy and would be only too pleased to answer any of your questions.One other thing the breakfast was basic for us catered for indonesians get what I mean.
