Yep, I think Briella is the one you're thinking of? Green building.. It's newish and the girls are awesome!
We spent 4 hours there with facials, full body massages, scrubs and a bath and it was about a third of the price than the spa at the jayakarta.
I actually had some waxing done there (they're still a bit behind with that)it did take much longer than it would in AU but it was the best quality wax i have had!!!!!
