I recently stayed in Sanur down around the Bali Hyatt area. Along the beach front I think its called Semawang Beach, there is a restaurant on the beach which provides a Reggae Band only on Saturday nites. I had the best time in Bali at that place. I think its called the Coconut. Jl.Duyung South Side.
