Being former Airline and Airport Staff, i can relate to all your comments as paying customers. I still travel quite a bit (bali being my favourite of course!!) and one rule I have always follwed, evan as staff, and it's just a friendly word of advice. What you see as rational and logical, doesn't always wash for one reason or another. BUT, never upset (1) Check in Staff and (2)Cabin Crew. They quite often forget who the paying customers are. Not good I know, but that's the way some of them are. Please don't take offence anyone. Just telling it how it is.
