the hotel has bought that area so that they can enlarge their grounds. there are no immediate plans for any construction there.
the restaurant is yet to be completed - they are still waiting on furniture and other fittings, but it is still very usable.
there are some new adjoining rooms being constructed, but the project is currently on hold due to the purchase of this land at the side of the property. they should be open in time for peak season.
