Melanie prepared herself and her Family for the trip. Over weight and not prepared to pay the asking fee for it. Therefore, Melanie finds herself in tears for not being able to get away with breaking the rules .... some people just have no freakin' idea, therefore she should think more carefully before she packs for the next trip.
