I did what Jetstar told us to do and wrote to them at:

Anyway, received a form letter stating to wait for 8 weeks for them to "investigate" our claim. 12 weeks later, sent an email to the following (thanks to info on BTF):
simon.westaway@jetstar.com ; simone.pregellio@jetstar.com
Received a response from Jetstar around 10 days later. So at least got a response. Not a positive one, but that's a different story.
