I too had great trouble trying to book with Garuda for our last trip
I couldnt get anywhere on line and tried a Ph No. I found on line - big mistake - language barrier so hard over phone anyway ...........
after a 45 min international phonecall the lovely Indonesian lady said I would need to phone & confirm in Australia!!! at which point I >...!!!!
So I asked if she could give me that ph number.........
I have lost that number she gave me but after I phoned Sydney- checked found everything was wrong cancelled all of same and rebooked everything....... at the end of this 30min STD call the lovely Sydney lady then gave me this number;
