the difference in airfare can be quite considerable.
Garuda would be more expensive with probably a peak/shoulder airfare supplement added.
Pacific Blue may also be offering "specials" or children's airfare at discounted/cheaper rate.
You have also mentioned kid's suite & also family studio, which differ in price.
I'd also be rechecking the quote as you have said there are 3 adults and as info for Kid Suite states:
Room Capacity : 2 Adults & 3 Children (below 12 years).
Studio states
Room Capacity : 2 Adults + 3 Children (below 12 years) OR 5 People (No extra bed allowed).
Dynasty website also has transfer costs listed & the price of breakfast (not included in the rate & children under 12 with an adult eat free)
To double check the quote/difference ask them to break down both quotes into airfare per person, accommodation price per night for adults/kids, cost of the extras and that will give you a better idea.
