Just a thought, my lounge seats have 90% leather with a strip of fabric in them - I think to stop the air from being trapped in the leather, the strip of fabric always goes to the bottom - I have 100% leather cushions and it is easy to make the fluffing sound if you sit on them directly. I would look at a sofa place or ring an upholsterer here...
