Not telling you what to do but used bodyboards probably aren't worth much in any country regardless of Bali. Why not 'donate' them to one of the locals who hire surfboards so they can make some income out of them. I'm sure when you return they will still be there for you to use and it will give someone a little bit of extra income to help support their family.
Just a suggestion.
