I bought an XL sim card last month. 102000 Rp included 60000 Rp credit. Text messages were 600 Rp. I learnt the hard way about ringing Australia though. Using 0011 used up my remaining credit in a nanosecond. I was then told about dialling 01000 instead of 0011. I spoke to Perth for about 12 minutes on one call and it cost 2500 Rp!! Cheap as. I made a few calls locally to mobiles, and although I didn't make a note of what it cost it wasn't that expensive.
