How is it that the firing squad is unfair because they may not die straight away? They seemed so considerate when they carried out their heinous deed!! Bring on the firing squad - no marksmen needed perhaps we could all line up for our turn? Pity is with the innocent balinese families who's livelihood depends on the tourist trade.
