HI Julie,

We travelled in September this year with 3yo and 5yo. Stayed at Kusnadi Hotel in Rum Jungle Rd Seminyak. Really quiet and has wading pool for kids which was great. Suggest you ask for rooms 105 or 106 if you choose to stay as they are ground floor looking out to the pool. Was very quiet and excellent service. Cheap also. Look at kusnadihotel.com for info.
