Hi Chris, dont panic you wont be worrying about how much peddling to do more like how hard can you squeeze those brakes !! As most mentioned its more downhill than any ups so I found my hand killed me almost as much as my a###.!! Seriously I am almost 50 and a seriously huge n unfit lady and I mananged the trip (felt sorry for the bike. I walked up the few hills and gripped those brakes with my life the rest of the trip and very little peddling to be done. We didnt do Wayans Baik ride (but will next time) but did the one that finished at the Taro elephant park so it was easy enough to follow thru with an elephant ride the same day cause ya couldnt feel ya a### anyway and everything else was wobbly so whats a wobbly elephant ride after experiencing a bali bike ride!!
