As far as I'm aware, the only ongoing reno's are near reception where they're building the new reception area. The rest of the hotel will be totally demolished to build timeshare apartments.
They're not taking reservations from March 2009 onwards as the hotel will close for a year apparently. When it re-opens it'll be nothing like it is now.
