Loved Hard Rock too, were on level one which has another member says is actually LOWER than reception floor but once we worked it out it was fine. Breakfast fantastic, staff great, pool amazing. Busy once out on street though but inside you wouldn't know. make sure you hire a cabana for a day, fantastic.
