This policy has been issued on the basis that you have received the PDS and that the information contained on this certificate is true and correct. If this is not the case the policy may be invalid. Please contact the providing entity immediately. This policy has a 15 working day cooling off period. You are not entitled to a complete refund, if during the cooling off period, you:
a. make a claim under the policy;
or b. cancel the policy after the commencement of the journey.
If you are entitled to a refund, the issuing agent will provide the refund.
When items are left unattended in a motor vehicle, this policy does not cover:
a. items unless they are stored in the boot.
b. valuable items e.g. jewellery, electronic equipment (even if in the boot).
c. items left overnight (even if in the boot).
d. more than $2,000 in total.
Please refer to the Luggage sections of the PDS for full details. Plan DA does not provide any luggage cover.
