In Ubud is amazing. A little out of the way place - not all drivers know it but have been there on last two visits and can highly recommend it. I only found it because I befriended an Ubud local who exports furniture who told me to go there - I am so grateful he did. They make all their products from natural, organic materials - some of which are grown in the gardens surrounding the beauty treatment rooms. There are individual thatched roofs with open air spaces - the Mandi Lular treatment goes for about 2.5 hours and is the most amazing treatment I have ever had - prepare to go fully nude though and be exfoliated to within an inch of your life! (Costs about $22 AUS for the 2.5 hours) The massage is great though and then you sit in a beautiful mosiac bath filled with flower petals and relax and listen to the surrounding nature - roosters, birds - and if you book an afternoon treatment - most likely a storm (seem to get a lot of those in ubud in the afternoons!) - it is almost a surreal experience - I have recommended it to many friends who have all loved it. It is very different to your normal beauty treatment/spa experience but I would be surprised if you didn't love it. They do all traditional beauty treatments but I have only ever had the massage/body treatment - I would highly recommend it. I also buy their moisturisers and salt scrubs - they are about $3 or $4 = are all natural, smell amazing and are really beautiful on your skin.
