havent done the bike ride in Bali but for last few years have always wanted to so ... been trying out the bike at home for the reason and well when you havent ridden any bike for a while things arent so easy ie your butt is killing and your legs are like jelly within about 2 blocks . I would recommend at least a bit of a bike ride prior so you dont go through the torture afterwards ..still wanting to do this myself even now i have the gel seat pad it still takes a while..
