Sounds like you had a great time. Got some good info for our trips coming up. I will have to plan better next time as we would also like to stay a night at the Safari Park - it sounds great!
We are staying at the Dynasty for Xmas but are only there for 2n as they were booked out when I booked. Sounds like you had a great time there so our kids should love it.
