Jet*** via Darwin

Was checking out prices from Syd via Darwin and wondered if anyone has done it that way. It says leave from Int in syd and also in dwn so i would assume that even with 3 or 4 hours inbetween you would not be able to leave from inside terminal (i would need a smoke). Any info from anyone please
