yes thats right. We ordered 2 cocktails from the pool bar and paid in cash. The bar lady then asked us to sign the receipt, we questioned this but received no answer. We signed the receipt asked for a copy, which we didn't get and thought no more about the matter. Upon checkout the receptionist showed us the receipt and said it had been charged to room service. After much explaining for 25 minutes that we had paid cash already, the receptionist appeared to not understand what we were saying. Already behind schedule for our flight due to this, we just paid again for the 2 drinks. It wasn't much money but it was the principle behind it. So next time we will know never to sign a receipt if we have paid cash for something. We live and learn! Any other questions on this hotel please ask
