I can't work out what everyone's whinging so hard about, to be honest. Aside from a minor set back on arrival with rooms not available at first, some patience and good humour had it all sorted out without too much hassle.
From what I understand, they're not taking any bookings beyond next March as they'll be shutting up shop to totally redo the place as timeshare apartments.
