There is only one 4 bedder in the complex and I have not seen in it but have stayed at KKIII in 3, 2 and 1 bedder so am basing my answers on this experience.

Are bedrooms upstairs or downstairs?
Havent stayed in the four bedroom but think like the 3 bedroom there are some up and some downstairs. there would be at least one downstairs

2. How many bathroom(s) is in 4 bedroom villa? In all of the others there is a bathroom per bedroom - I cannot imagine this would be different for the 4 bedroom

3. Is/Are bathroom(s) upstairs or downstairs? In all of the others the bathrooms are ensuites only and can only be accessed through each bedroom

4. Is there a DVD player? Yes

5. Do they have a hair dryer in bathroom(s)? Yes but not wonderful

6. Do they have a toaster in Kitchen? Yes

7. How many minute walk is it to Bintang Supermarket? about 2 minutes

8. How many minute walk is it to Jl Double Six, Jln Legian end not beach end? About 3 minutes
9. Do they have a fan in the villa? - Cant remember but each bedroom has airconditioning. We never needed a fan in the living area and we were there during very hot weather.

10. Can I pay the money for accommodation in $AUS currency? No we had to pay in rupiah but there is a kodak money changer right out the front so you dont need to travel far to change money

11. Do they have towels for the pool? No - they dont supply ANY towels and you need to take these for bath and pool. We ot osme cheapies from the Bintang but had fluff all over us for a while

12. Is there room for parking car(s) and/or motorbike(s)? Plenty of room just outside the complex.

13. Is there a washing machine? No

14. Where is nearest laundry? Not sure - we left our washing at reception each night and next day was delivered back and we never paid much more than $1.50 per shopping bag full.

A couple of other things that are handy to know:
It is a great place to stay
Large bottled water cooler is in each place and can purchase a refill at reception for near on nothing. They even carry it over and replace the last one.
Most cab drivers do not know where it is but tell them it is exactly opposite Sun Island Villas on jln Seminyak. The address is a gang but to me it looks like a huge wide driveway. Last Christmas there was a tour kiosk out the front of the gang. KKIII is behind the building that faces onto Jln Seminyak on the left about 20 yds down/
Each place is serviced daily
We bought a cheap kettle from the Bintang to make Tea and Coffee which was better than boiling water in a suacepan and quicker.
Dont get too excited about the cutlery and crockery - very basic but fine!

Enjoy your stay and fel free to ask any other questions as you think of them.
