and have not found anywhere, I rang a few places as well, we get the menthol ones. You can order them off the net, which we do, you get your 250 a year free and then pay tax on the rest, if you order one box that's 160 so best to order two boxes at once and pay the excess because you still get those 90 duty free, when we last ordered one box that was fine but ordered another later in the year and had to pay tax on whole lot.
