how long are you staying for? if your applying for a 60 day visa you need to do the form in duplicate. you need 2 passport photos each person. you need to send the passports. you need to send $60 aus each application. you need to send a return paid self addressed envelope. a copy of your itinery. a copy of your return ticket. if any of the travellers are minors you need copies of there birth certificates and if only 1 parent is travelling a letter of acknowlegde from the other parent to state that they know your taking the child/ren out of the country and copies of the parents passports. a cover letter. i think thats it. we are waiting for our daughters to be returned and thats what we had to send.
