Kuta Townhouses constuction?

Hi

We have just booked an apartment at the Kuta Townhouses for June/July. Can anyone shed any light on how the construction for the new section is going. Ive heard there will be a new pool. Any info on this would be great.

Also where is the nearest Small supermarket/Circle K and Kodak shop to the KTH.
