Bargain at Sari Beach Hotel

Hello,

could you share your experience about last prices of Sari Beach hotel in winter. Last time I bargained them to $25 (I was there 2 years ago in February). Now they oficially provided me $40 for the same type of room. All bargains have been rejected. Is it some policy changes there or they still continue to decrease the price when I stay at reception with cash in my hands?
