There is a basemap of Indonesia which includes Bali floating around but this is very basic and not suitable for autorouting (car navigation). There will be a map released later this month (see story below) from Bali Navigator which has over 12,000 POI (points of interest) including Hotels, Restaurants, Shops, Bars and Nightclubs, Tourist Attractions, Surfing Spots etc... This map is capable of full autorouting and will be available to download online. The Bali Navigator team finished mapping Bali in Late September and are releasing the map on October 20th. I used a Garmin 760 myself in Bali in July/August and it worked perfectly with a trial version of the Bali Navigator map. At the moment the map is only available for Garmin GPS and for GPS capable SmartPhones but other GPS manufacturers like Tom Tom, Mio, and Navman are being approached to include the Bali Navigator map.
