we are going in december and were told last thursday that costs were going up by 20-25% on monday. We were advised to pay in full to avoid this cost,which was no drama as we were due to pay anyway.
We were also told that if you had paid your deposit and the airfare portion of the holiday the increase only applies to the hotel booking as they are paid in US dollars.
I pointed out that when the aussie dollar went up to almost dollar for dollar value they didnt contact us to say the price had been reduced (Funny that) I understand your anger as I would feel the same if our holiday cost was increased.. Easy to say ,but try not to let it spoil your holiday ,which I assume ,you will hopefully still be going on
