Hi Jerrais, We rang them direct and gave our credit card details. We have stayed with them before and know all the front office staff.They just take your details and phone no. This is just to secure and block the room.They don't charge until the end of your stay. I just prefer to give out the details over the phone and I always get the name of the person taking our details. We have never had a problem with our bookings before. Hope this helps. Cheers ebonnie
