Have stayed at NDBH for the last 3 years. Also felt it was gettn run down. They increased prices this year so we stayed at the Grand Hyatt Nusa Dua instead. Oh my god what an awesome hotel. We could not fault it. It lives up to it's 5 stars very well. After the Hyatt I doubt we will return the NDBH. Plenty of other options for the same price.
