I was booking 5 people in sept for april 09. May sister's visa 3 OK,
another sister on her visa ok, mine tried visa - error, tried mastercard - error so rang and they advised my booking had not gone through and did it over phone with ref: no. and put it on visa.
yesterday I got my mastercard account and there was the same charge for the same date. Rang and all they will do is credit my mastercard within 6 days for the amount only - not interest - and no free comfort pack or anything. I never received a invoice for this but they had a record. You would think they would have emailed me etc. to advise. I'll be sending a letter as this will be my 3rd Bali trip on Jet*. Andrea
