WHERE CAN I GET BDAY BALLOONS DELIVERED?

Hi everyone,

My partner and I are going away for his 40th (November 24)..

does anyone know anyone who can deliver helium balloons, or something special for him??

I have seen a post from Homer last year saying there is a shop in denpasar but his email no longer works..

any help would be great
