I haven't stayed at MBR for the last 2 trips, but stayed 4 times previously and always just used the hotel laundry. Slightly more than outside laundries but still very cheap - and they pick up and drop off to your room. Never had any issues with it. Maybe it's gotten more expensive the last couple of years though, I know the hotel itself has gotten pricier to stay at.
