Need Recommendation and Advice

Hi all, in late October, I will be going to bali with my girlfriend for holiday as well as to celebrate her birthday. Need help for the the following
a) Any recommended places to visit,
b) Romantic resturants for dining,
c) Driver for the trip (Rate, Contact and email),
d) Spa
e) Places to do shopping

I will be staying at Harris hotel. Thanks for help in advance.
