I stayed there at the end of August in an Air Conditioned room, i think it was in the older part of the hotel, the section that is connected to the reception looks like it is new or renovated. The hotel is neat and tidy and the staff were friendly, the location was very good and it was decently priced....
Although, i thought it was a bit strange that the wash basin was outside the bathroom in the main room with the beds....hehe
