after 2 nights as each day we had hassles about charging the children for breakfast, in my email booking we were quoted all inclusive of breakfast - They had added it to our hotel bill even though I had refused to sign the breakfast bill it worked out expensive just for the children. I asked them to honour the email deal(which i had a copy of) or we would move hotels they refused and told us we would not find another hotel - It was Christmas time and yes we found another hotel- Kartika even honoured the patra email deal. I went back to Patra I paid them for the 2 nights - I tried to not pay for the breakfast but they had made sure it was the total on my visa - so i paid without a fuss and left - their loss since we were staying for 5 weeks.
