1. you should confirm your garuda flight.
2. by booking with an agent, it is their responsibility to liaise with the hotel. if the hotel has promised you (directly) anything that doesnt eventuate, your agent is not in the position to help you at all as you have gone over their head.
3. yes, taxis out to the right. you will see the public taxi sign.
dont stress and dont plan too much as all plans will probably come undone whilst you are here. not in a bad way, but you will become distracted and tend to just go with the flow.
