I got a detailed marketing booklet on apartments to be built directly behind Seaside about 4 years ago,from Warren the owner of Seaside. however these have not started as yet, unless they commenced in the last 4 months.I would assume he held back when the ocean complex began to let them establish values. My booklet shows a very impressive complex with state of the art design such as filtration systems allowing drinking water from taps etc. I imagine he could command big dollars now compared to prices suggested to me years ago.
