to be honest, i am pretty sure that some agents will be asking the hotels to drop their rates in light of this 'crisis' but if it were to go the other way there is no way the hotels would be told to up their rates.
why not just pay now? catch it before it goes too low. if it goes back up again, well thats just bad luck i guess.
