checking in when I was at the counter at febris, a gentlemen was there saying the same as you, we arrived at on the 9thsept after booking in February and requesting ground floor twin room, again no available, they then gave me a family room for 3 nights, and said I could have twin room from then on, which I expected would be ground floor, only to find out next day or so, our twin room was on the 3rd floor. when I questioned this, they told me all ground floor units were reserved for disabled guests, this annoyed me, (as my friends checked in at the same time, and were put in ground floor room, they are not disabled)but, I kept my cool, and asked if they had a "bus load of disabled people arriving" they didn't get it! I was quite ill at the time(Flu)and went to the doctor and on return, they gave me a ground floor.
