60 day visa

we have a dilema. my wife is indo and we have a daughter(aussie citizen) who is 2 3/4. we applied for an indo passport for our daughter about 3 months ago for our trip in 3 weeks time thinking it would be here in plenty of time. silly us they told us 3 months but they meant 4 months...we should have known. my wife and daughter wish to stay for 3 months.

our problem is correctly filling in the form for a visa for our daughter.do we need a sponsor for a 60 day visa? we intend to get a 60 day visa from Canberra, we will never use the Sydney consulate again, can anyone tell us how to apply for the 60 day visa. we have 1 form and know we have to send a $60 money order. what else do we need?
