Booked online with them on Monday at the Dynasty from the 24-26 Dec. Got a Kids Suite for $420/2n. Looked last night and one of the new Family Studio Rooms had become available for $426/2n. New room and 7m2 bigger than the kids suite which I knew was cramped.
Rang this am and she swapped it no problem and didn't charge me any change fee as I expected, only the $6 difference between the 2 rooms.
I also noticed when I relooked after, the kids suite has gone back on their site now for $516/2n! Big jump in 4 days but could also be due to demand as there is not much available for that date now.
Very happy tho and they are really easy to deal with.
