we live in the wollongong region and the same thing happened with one of our local travel agents. the local paper did a story and highlighted what the affected people could do. so it wont hurt and name and shame is always good. lucky for us it closed done before i went there. im still living down the air paradise closure, worse $100 i ever saved!!!!!
