We went on this about 4 days ago and thought it was ace!
Some German guy behind me on the way down the steps to the river slipped and gashed his arm and hand badly, he went off to hospital straight away and sadly missed out on the fun we all had.
I thought that the safety side of the whole thing could have been talked about a bit longer as them steps were quite dangerous to be honest (we also saw evidence of dried blood from previous unlucky people).
However, I would do it again and would recommend it to anyone who hasn't done it yet.
