always been our favourite place to stay.We stayed a lot in legian when the kids were young but our first stay in Sanur was their favourite, they made friends with some local kids and went fishing every evening. They formed such strong relationships that they are welcome still to stay at the kampung some 18 years later.

I love the relaxed atmosphere of Sanur, it has changed for the better, the beach walk is stunning. The cafes and restaurants are excellent.

There is night life but not like in Kuta, if you want busy nightlife then grab a cab.

I love the markets in Sanur, I love to swim outside the Hyatt and I especially like the evening walks along the beach, choosing a different place to eat each evening among twinkling lights and mostly free entertainment.

The bales out in the ocean are a great place to sit during the day watching the world go by.
Sanur has retained its lovel village atmosphere whilst embracing tourism.

A lot of Europeans stay in Sanur and though Australians do stay there they are outnumbered. I have never stayed in Nusa Dua but liken Sanur to Tanjung Benoa which also has a wonderful village atmosphere.
