After returning from Bali last Sunday Oct 5, 2008 I would much rather be going as it really only took a maximum of 40 minutes to clear at that end however on return to Australia it was a nightmare, took 1 and 1/2 hours to get through. The Australian Customs have the ability to have more Customs booths open also, and they had only a couple of lines open for clearing customs with your luggage. Australia could do better and yes we had to do this with children in tow. What a nightmare.
