Hi, try Nyoman through website baliasyouplease.weebly.com, use the contact page and tell Nyoman what you want and he will look after you. I have not been in the bigger vehicle myself but Nyoman tells me that he has a mate who he subcontracts a lot for vehicle and driver and then just works as the tour guide / supervisor himself.
